Special education law has designed supports for parents of children with special needs. As a result, in some circumstances, partial payment for attorneys’ fees can be made by the opposing district. Because of this, our office always tries to minimize costs to you.
We have helped many families who are not able to pay for the assistance of an attorney. Financial hardship should not limit your ability to help your child. We offer a sliding scale to our clients in need and always work with you to make our services affordable.
